This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Casio fx-8000G Emulator (the “App”), published by Emlynix (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it. The App is available in two versions: a free, ad-supported version and a paid version without advertising.

1. Information we collect

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. All calculator data (programs, memory, settings) stays locally on your device.

The free (ad-supported) version uses Google AdMob to display advertising. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

• device advertising identifiers (e.g. Google Advertising ID);
• approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address;
• device and usage information (device type, OS version, ad interactions).

The paid version contains no advertising and does not use AdMob or collect such data.

2. Advertising and third parties

Advertising in the free version is provided by Google AdMob. Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

3. Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the free version shows a consent dialog (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before any personalized advertising is served. You may grant, refuse, or manage your choices, and you can change them later from within the App. Where you do not consent, only non-personalized or limited ads are shown.

4. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age required for data processing in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. As we do not hold personal data ourselves, requests relating to advertising data should also be directed to Google. You may contact us about this Policy at the address below.

6. Data retention

We do not retain any personal data. Calculator state is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own policies.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
